On June 1, the North Carolina House Elections Committee will hear HB 32, at 2:10 p.m. This is the bill that lowers the number of signatures for minor and new parties, and independent candidates. Thanks to Brian Irving for this news.

  1. More like 3:15 p.m. The House session starts at 2 p.m. and the committee will meet 15 minutes after the session adjourns, probably at 3.

  2. The Committee Meeting was canceled due to a longer than expected House Session today, and has been rescheduled for 10am on Friday (June 3).
